Medium carbon steel is mainly used to manufacture high strength moving parts, such as air compressor, pump piston, steam turbine impeller, heavy machinery shaft, worm, gear and so on, surface wear resistant parts, crankshaft, machine tool spindle, roller, locksmith tools and so on.
Cold Rolled Coils
Steel coil is made from a finished steel product such as sheet or strip that has been wound or coiled after rolling; its width is much greater than the thickness. Depending on the production method, steel coil can be classified as Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, or Galvanized.
Carbon steel coil is mainly used for manufacturing complex shape, high mechanical performance requirements, but in the process and it is difficult to use forging and pressing methods to form the more important mechanical parts, such as automobile gearbox housing, locomotive and vehicle couplings and so on.
